Below are the results of the 78th Annual Meeting of the Homes Association of Cedar Hills. A quorum of 529 is required to conduct an annual meeting, a total of 738 votes by ballot were received.

• Director: 322 votes would be the necessary 50% + 1 of the total cast votes of 642 to be elected as Director. One seat to be filled.
