Policies & Permits

The governing documents of our association, more specifically the CC&Rs, provide that certain alterations to a property within the Association cannot be made without first being reviewed by HACH.

The purpose of these restrictions is to maintain property values by only permitting construction which is in keeping with the general development of the area as an attractive residential neighborhood.

The CC&Rs provide the board with a mechanism to create specific policy to deal with issues not specifically handled in the original document. This includes - but is not limited to - things such as the size and number of sheds on a property, the installation of solar panels, fence lines and height, and more.

Approval of permits is based on current Association policies.
