Business Policies
Over time, the Board of Directors has found it necessary to amend portions of the Bylaws to navigate common, recurring difficulties or simply to align outdated items with more current times. These changes are done primarily to preserve certain board and office functions and are made by a quorum of the board. After decided upon, the board writes a “resolution” that outlines their new approach to such issues.
