Board of Directors

The Homes Association of Cedar Hills (HACH) is under the direction of a Board of Directors. Together, board members are responsible for enforcing the provisions of the governing documents , handling association business and financial matters.

The board is composed of seven homeowners who volunteer their time to serve on the board for a two-year term. The members of the association elect the directors at the annual meeting of the membership that is held the second Tuesday of May each year (unless notification otherwise is properly dispensed).

All email communications to the Board and administrative office are subject to open discussion at monthly board meetings (per board policy adopted October 11, 2016).
