The Homes Association of Cedar Hills (HACH) accepts payments by check or cash in the office. Please be aware that when you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.
We also offer you the convenience of making *secure online payments via credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
*A $3 convenience fee will apply to each transaction. All electronic transactions are non-refundable and final. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding this policy.
Please be advised that making an online payment does not immediately change any disposition related to your account. Any payment made after normal business hours will not be considered received until the next business day.
All fees should be paid on or before the due date.
Assessment payments received after the due date will be considered late and will be subject to a $15 late fee.
Storage Park payments received after the due date will be considered late and will be subject to a $30 late fee.
We encourage you to save your receipt, especially if the payment is made after normal business hours.
When electing to make online payments to HACH using credit card, debit card, or electronic check, customers will be asked by the Online Payment Service Provider to furnish their personal information.
HACH does not warrant the confidentiality or security of the transfer of information, whether personal or otherwise, when it is transmitted to the Online Payment Service Provider. HACH does, though, take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality and security.
