2013 Annual Meeting Results
Below are the results of the 67th Annual Meeting of the Homes Association of Cedar Hills. A quorum of 528 is required to conduct an annual meeting, a total of 897 votes (by proxy and ballot) were received. A resolution is passed when at least 75% of the vote cast is in favor.

Director Chris Musolf was re-elected with a total of 654 votes
Director Mark Swan was re-elected with a total of 661 votes
Steve Robinson was elected with a total of 652 votes

Resolution #1:
To amend Article VI (a) to exclude ground level slabs from the minimum setback requirements from streets.
FAILED with 557 votes "For" and 324 votes "Against"
673 votes would be the necessary 75% of the total votes cast in order to pass the resolution.
RESOLUTION #2:
To amend Article III (g) (5) to allow garbage, recycling and related containers to be brought to the curb the day before regular collection days.
PASSED with 819 votes "For" and 73 votes "Against"
669 votes is the necessary 75% of the total votes cast in order to pass the resolution.
RESOLUTION #3:
To amend Article VII (a) (6) to delete the requirement for written Board approval for the placements of two “for sale” signs on one vehicle to the extent permitted by the Restrictions.
PASSED with 737 votes "For" and 80 votes "Against"
613 votes, is the necessary 75% of the total votes cast in order to pass the resolution.
