The 74th Annual Annual meeting of the membership reconvened and culminated tonight with the following results:

With a total of 981 valid ballots tallied (8 invalid ballots disqualified), 491 votes for a given candidate constituted a majority, leading to election. Only one candidate reached that threshold. Per prior agreement by the board, in the event that all three positions were not successfully filled via the balloting process in this second round, or “runoff,” the incumbent candidates would remain in their positions.

Tonight, Steve Robinson, Chris Musolf, and Bill Long achieved appointment to the HACH board of directors.
