Misrepresentation of your request or any work that does not follow the policies (found here) can be subject to change, removal at the owner’s expense or could incur violation fines. The office reserves the right to request additional information on a case by case basis and failure to provide any requested documentation will result in delay or denial of your application. Once your permit has been approved the final paperwork will come to you by email or by mail.

Email all required details to: office@cedarhillshoa.org. For paint, email the paint cards for your chosen color scheme. Also describe the location for each color (body,trim, shutters, door, accent etc.) For new and replacements (such as doors, windows, gutter, roof) include product(s) information such as the material type, manufacturer, model, color choice, etc.). For new and replacement fences, driveways and other hard scape (retaining walls, walkways, patios etc.) provide a detailed site drawing that shows the house, street and includes distances to the property lines, setbacks, easements and dimensions for your improvement.

Neighbor Notification Policy

You must notify all property owners whose properties adjoin (on either side) your property plus any properties situated across the street from your property. Property owners in the immediate area around your property can also sign. Notifying neighbors is a basic courtesy and does not mean the permit will be approved or denied but does give those neighbors an opportunity to voice their opinions if they desire. The Board will consider such opinions in its decision. -------------------- NOTICE: HACH accepts alternative communications with your neighbors besides the tradtional signature. I agree I have notified the neighbors I have listed as required by any applicable policies. We need a statement that notification has occurred (past tense) not a promise to do it in the future. I understand that by submitting this application and plans and specifications, I agree: (1) that the Association may place any conditions, or restrictions, on any building permit it may issue; (2) to construct the proposed improvement in strict accordance with the application and the attached plans and specifications and any conditions imposed by the Association; (3) that the Association may bring an action to enjoin me from construction or maintaining the improvement if it deviates in any way from the description in the application and its plans and specifications or any conditions or restrictions imposed by the Association; (4) that if the improvement is not constructed and competed within sixty (60) days of the completion date indicated on the Building Permit, or if the improvement, as completed, deviates in any way from the building permit, as conditioned or restricted by the Association, the Association may revoke the Building Permit and bring an action requiring the immediate removal of the improvement and in the event of any legal or equitable action or suit relating to the proposed improvement, Application for Building Permit or Building Permit, Article X of the Restated Declaration of Restrictions for Cedar Hills will apply.
