Election 2022: results

Below are the results of the 76th Annual Meeting of the Homes Association of Cedar Hills. A quorum of 529 is required to conduct an annual meeting, a total of 663 votes by ballot were received.

• Resolution 1 - To amend and restate the Articles of Incorporation to remove outdated provisions that are no longer accurate or enforceable and provisions that are duplicated in the Declaration of Restrictions or the Association’s Bylaws.

  • Passed with 599 votes “For” and 47 votes “Against”

  • 433 votes would be the necessary 66.7% of the total votes cast of 646 in order to pass the resolution.

• Directors: 332 votes would be the necessary 50% + 1 of the total cast votes of 663 to be elected as Director. Four seats to be filled.

  • Chris Musolf - 521 votes - re-elected incumbent

  • Rex Wheeler - 544 votes - re-elected incumbent
